We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our team, interacting with the Communication Officer of our group and having the following main duties:
– Develop an overall digital communication strategy for the company, for all its products and for the events where the company participates
– Collaborate to the definition of all the digital contents inside company’s products
– Creating and scheduling compelling contents (text, images, videos) across the company’s websites and social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter)
– Ensure digital content is always engaging, topical/up-to-date and relevant (both B2B and B2C cases)
– Work with company’s staff to create web stories and maintain a contents pipeline
– Establish and maintain systems to report and evaluate the company’s digital platforms, products and campaigns (e.g. through dedicated KPIs)
– Keep up to date with current digital trends and developments and ensure to remain timely and current in company’s use of digital media
– Ensure the Marketing team’s contacts are kept up-to-date on the database
Skills & experience required:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are nice to have)
– Confident user of WordPress and social media including LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter
– Basic (at least) knowledge of Web/Social Marketing
– Great organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
– Self-driven, able to work as part of a team and/or independently, good attention for details
– Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Eligible to live and work in the UK
Nice to have:
– Experience managing social media like LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube (e.g. organic and paid campaigns)
– Building and managing social channel architecture
– Websites development and SEO Skills
– Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) and in digital video creation
– Degree in Marketing & Communication or similar
